Beginning on January 7th 2024 & then every other week at 4.15pm at Sunflower House on Foord St.
A donation based 60 minute community flow class.
Mats & props will be provided - but you can also bring your own.
Weekly 75 Min Vinyasa Class
Join me for a dynamic vinyasa flow class where continuous movement is linked to your inhale or exhale. An accessible practice where variations and use of props is encouraged, but if you want to fly, you are free to take your inversions when cued. Sessions begin with pranayama (breath work) & meditation before moving onto asanas, closing with an assisted savasana.
Props provided, but please bring your own mat.
